2. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.<br />
3. Place the croissant at 170 ºC.<br />
4. Bake 25g, 30g for 15 minutes, 40g and 65g for 18 minutes and 90g and 120g for 20 minutes.<br />
5. Continue baking if the color of baking is not achieved.<br />
6. Validate the baking conditions based on your equipment.</p>
